for mr.e, this is strictly for the prosecuters case, and while i'm at it, i would like to present evidence tommorow to strike someone's testimony, so be ready for that.
First I would like to say that the prosecutors have evidence that 350,000 were either killed or wounded due to the blasts, for the facts to be straight. Also, the Japanese tried to surrender, or make terms to it in April of 1945, months before the bomb was dropped. If President Truman tried to make a compromise with the Japanese and Suzuki, the leader at the time, then why would negotiations not take place. This information was even known to some of the public, but covered up by the government for seven months. Also in the months that followed, Japan tried to indirectly reach the U.S by going to other countries first, such as Sweden. There were also talks between the Soviet Union and Japan of peace in May of 1945.
